Return Policy

Sales of perishable items including cigars, pipe tobacco, and food are final.  Exchanges and returns are accepted on remaining select store items within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase.

Lighter Warranties

• Tulsa Hills Cigar Cellar does not “swap out” worn-out lighters for new ones.
• Tulsa Hills Cigar Cellar does not handle the postage for warranty claims with the manufacturer.
• All manufacturers provide warranty claim information on their respective websites:
  • Torches by The Lotus Group (including Vertigo) have a limited lifetime warranty. You have to register your torch on their website to activate a warranty.
  • Torches by Xikar have a limited lifetime warranty. You do not have to register your torch. Xikar says to expect a 4-6 week turnaround. 
  • Torches by S.T. Dupont have a 2-year warranty for defects in craftsmanship. Keep your receipt as proof of purchase date.
  • Torches by Colibri have a 2-year warranty for defects in craftsmanship. Keep your receipt and warranty card as proof of purchase date. 
  • Torches by Rocky Patel (excluding gratis event torches) have a lifetime warranty for craftsmanship. You do not have to register the torch, but allow 3-4 weeks for turnaround.
  • Torches by Palio have a 2-year warranty for defects in craftsmanship. Save your receipt as evidence of purchase date.
  • Torches by Dissim have a lifetime fix or replace warranty. You’re just responsible for postage.
  • Torches by Visol have a 1-year warranty, but Visol’s website does not elaborate on this.
